November 5 – Treasures in the Madison County Recorders Office

Madison County Recorder, Lisa Smith, will present the Madison County Genealogical Society program at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 5, 2019.  She will give us a tour around the wonderfully-organized vital records that are accessible to the public. Here you can access birth, marriage, death, and land records to further your family research.

This is a change from our usual location – Lisa is hosting the program and meeting at the MADISON COUNTY ANNEX, at the corner of Court Avenue and 2nd Avenue (old Union State Bank building).  Please come to the north door.

The Society’s monthly programs are always free and open to the public.  A short business meeting will follow for those who are interested.
