Penn Township History
Penn Township’s early settlers, schools, churches, cemeteries, and celebrations will be discussed by MCGS member, Pat Hochstetler. The township gained population when the Rock Island railroad came to Earlham in 1868. Pat’s family has had relatives in that area for generations and will give us an overview of the Penn Center community across the years.
The free program is open to all; membership not required. A business meeting will follow for those who choose to stay.
