The full name of the program is Dallas County Rebels: How a Posse, a President, and the KKK Changed American History.
Iowa author and former Dallas County resident Darcy Dougherty Maulsby will explain why no Iowa county has influenced American history more than Dallas County. in her dynamic new program. This free event is co-sponsored by the library and the Madison County Genealogical Society; registration is appreciated for those who are not members of the Madison County Genealogical Society. Tuesday, January 2 at 6:30 pm (early start time) in the Winterset Public Library meeting room. The MCGS business meeting will take place after the program for those who care to attend.
